I don't get why he felt the need to bring her appearance into it.

But still one offense and his sacked, wouldn't a suspension have been the more reasonable outcome?

I’m not convinced that the ‘tubby’ comment got him sacked to be honest … judging by the above mentioned petition

Yeah I used to listen to Steve for many years. But he got more annoying as he got older.

He was always bragging about how much money he has, how much he gets paid. The expensive car he owes, property, and expensive food he buys.

He was always bragging that he was going to win the Lottery. I cannot understand the greed of that man.:fist:

It could be he was told to leave by LBC, not for the comments he'd made, but because his show was something of the past. And it was the same thing, day in, and day out.

when he was off with Covid

My Post in 2021:

[He will not take calls.
And is very Grumpy and talks to himself
or his studio team.
That is Rude to the Listener]

I actually enjoy his ‘format’ as all the other shows have callers phoning in ..

I’m nearly his age so I agree with many of his sentiments plus he’s got a marvellous recall of the old days so that is particularly fascinating .

That said he does say a few weird things such as bragging how wealthy he is etc …

Overall I will miss his shows / podcasts
