ManC have said that they won’t get involved.. it’s a private matter !!

How utterly bizarre !!

Sounds like £damage limitation strategy.

There is simply no excuse for this type of revolting behaviour.

I wonder what kind of punishment he will receive from the courts and the FA ( disrepute charges )

Well if he was larking about with pals that is pretty normal for Rugby lads, for example

If he got it out to a stranger then that is a whole hill of beans different

they don't care. Footballers have an almost 100% record of escaping any justice after raping and abusing women. They can basically do as they want

It’s worse than I imagined
::

The lewd behaviour is said to continue for 90 minutes in all as the ‘worse for wear’ footballer dropped his tracksuit bottoms and revealed himself near drinkers in the bar in footage seen by the Sun.

In response, one of the two women in his group screamed and pointed as Walker laughed with a friend.
The England and Man City football star then appears to expose himself AGAIN after just a few minutes - and only a few feet away from two other women sitting in a booth at the bar, according to the Sun's report.
He is then said to have walked over to shake their hands and say hello.

More video of the night seems to show him 'pawing' at one female’s breasts and kissing her. His wife was not in any of the footage .

Man City do seem to have a habit of players being douchy lately.

This could be hogwash but I heard something about him being backed by the club’s top notch legal team which seems out of order if their official stance is that it’s a ‘private’ matter and they’re not getting involved !?

Yeah the video evidence is online as well yet he didn’t call up Toney for the World Cup due to POSSIBLE betting offences ..

don't hear lineker speaking out about Toney or Walker, does that means he condones their behaviour?

It would not have made the Guardian as they are not white so he will not be aware of the story

It would be bad enough in normal times but it is quite tone deaf on Southgates part given Wayne Couzens might have been stopped before he raped and murdered Sarah Everard if he has been picked up for exposing himself, but in some quarters its still just a laff innit

Police statement

No further action !!

( out of court disposal )

Apparently..

Out of Court Disposals allow the police to deal quickly and proportionately with low level, often first time offending which can be appropriately resolved without a prosecution at court.

Tbf to Toney his offenses aren't really that bad.

Yeah it's bad for Football, but it's not on a level that people like Lineker need to call him out for it imo.

Walker admittedly was being a plonker.:joker:

Yeah .. I don’t think Toney ever once bet on himself or any of his teams .

I don’t think these wealthy guys even do it for money .. more the buzz / addiction

With how many bets his had I'm gonna guess it's a gambling addiction behind Toney's problem.

England and Manchester City footballer Kyle Walker will not face criminal charges over newspaper allegations that he indecently exposed himself in a bar.

Cheshire Police began investigating after The Sun reported an alleged incident in Wilmslow on 5 March.

It said a 32-year-old man attended a police station voluntarily for questioning on Thursday and was "dealt with by an out of court disposal".

The force said the matter was "now closed".

The Cheshire Police and Crime Commissioner's website states that out of court disposals are used by the police to deal with low-level crime and anti-social behaviour instead of taking an offender to court

At least two instances of exposing himself in public ( bar) and one alleged instance of groping a female’s breast
