Sooooo

Dillon Ruble and Garrett Jensen, both engineers at Boeing, broke a record last December that had only a little to do with their day jobs: They broke the record for farthest flight by a paper aircraft ('https://www.guinnessworldrecords.com/world-records/farthest-flight-by-a-paper-aircraft'), sending a sheet of paper 88.318 meters, or almost 290 feet.

It is believed that Shakespeare was 46 around the time that the King James Version of the
Bible was written. In Psalms 46, the 46th word from the first word is shake and the 46th
word from the last word is spear.

I watched a documentary on Will S a few weeks ago that suggested that he didn’t write all those masterpieces .. he funded group of young , gifted apprentices who were writing / creating their own stuff .. the pick of their stuff he took and ‘shaped’ into something wonderful ..

It seems that he could have been as much a plagiarist as our very own Ed Shee…

Do you want to live forever? If so, there’s some good news. Or so it seems. For it appears that we may have taken a step closer to making immortality reality. In a recent meeting at the National Institutes of Health, Yale neuroscientist Nenad Sestan revealed that his team has successfully reanimated the brains of dead pigs recovered from a slaughterhouse. By pumping them with artificial blood using a system called BrainEx, they were able to bring them back to “life” for up to 36 hours.

I heard a segment on crows on the radio last night. Among other things crows can:

- Recognise human faces from years ago
- Help their parents raise younger siblings
- Visit their elderly parents once they've left the nest
- Hold funerals for each other

Remarkable birds
