I know a lot of people have their Sunday night routines or feel a bit down at the prospect of work in the morning - how is your mood on Sunday nights and is there anything you do to prepare yourself for the week ahead?

I'm currently having a nice glass of red wine and watching the golf which I find very therapeutic on a Sunday night. In the winter I have the NFL to look forward to which makes Sunday evenings a lot more bearable. It's often the one night I get a takeaway as well although I haven't bothered tonight

I might have a bath (I know some people think grown men don’t take baths but at the end of the day they’re relaxing and shouldn’t be particularly gender-tied) or a can of beer, or just prep. for the week ahead. However I spend my Sunday evenings is neither here nor there in a sense because it’s never my favourite time of week. Wednesdays and Sundays are very ‘meh’ days overall.

Don’t forget the Epsom salts, fizz (if bubbles sounds awkward) and Roman chamomile/eucalyptus oils. Having a drink by the side and insurance for water-damage when ITVX and WhatsApp go south helps.

Lush bubble bars or Fenjal are my go to bath products, love em. I'm finishing my weekend with a nightcap of Southern Comfort.

I personally prefer a Bath over a Shower.

Surely everyone bathes one way or the other though if they get the chance, right?:umm2:

Some people just see it as a bit puff/effeminate when guys do it but I shouldn’t be bothered about stuff like that. Baths … are what they are, innit?

You’d be surprised, Mock. Judging by some of the people who roll up on trams/underground trains a lot of people don’t even take showers. At least not more than once a week. (Disgusting, I know.)

I mean I perfectly understand it if the person is homeless, but come on to anyone else.

Why wouldn't men take baths? [emoji28]I do because my shower bust about two years ago and I haven't replaced it. So I've been a bath man since that time. If that makes me a "Billy goats gruff" then I can handle that accusation.

Some men just don’t care whatsoever for personal hygiene.

Some men just don’t care whatsoever for personal hygiene.Guilty!

I learned from that dirty old man, Albert Steptoe. He pointed out that you are just washing off the natural oils that are given to protect you. I believe him.

You’re also washing off bacteria and an awful lot of stench.
