As for Helen she has done a complete U turn since her last appearance 10 years ago...although its most likely possible to overcome extreme fears such as heights and snakes etc I can only think her last appearance 10 years ago was an act...
As much as I admire her for doing what she has done...it all seems surreal that she has no fear at all...
Playing done the food thing to discourage them from winning was a cheap shot...they will still want to win...maybe if she had used the playing down the food thing so as not rub their faces in it would have been a better tactic....

Totally agree. Carol had a bloody cheek, she really wants Janice out.
