Inadequate is Fine
in my view.
Oxford Dictionary Meaning:
[Inadequate
lacking the quality or quantity required;
insufficient for a purpose.
"these labels prove to be wholly inadequate"]
Just because one school head
killed herself.
Ofsted need to keep that word.

Yes the Schools must Do Better
So teachers don't like a one word grading, but it's ok for them to give kids a 1 letter grading

The Oxford dictionary is actually full of crap.
The Oxford dictionary is actually full of crap. No, I think there's only one "crap" in there.
Why was this even on the news, the only proof we have that this teacher killed herself because of the grading (which wasnt even given out yet) is the word of her sister.
Yet its 2nd on the news, behind a boohoo story of bullying in Westminster...well in sorry, but if you are dealing with a nations governing and NOT shouting at anyone, well sorry, but you ain't up to the job.

They don't need to change the wording, they need to acknowledge that failing schools are failing for a multitude of reason - deprivation in the area, failures in local council, failures at government level - instead of lumping it all at the feet of the head teacher, most of whom are doing the best they can with the cards they've been handed.
I really really detest people who commit suicide.
Sorry if that hurts anyone.

It was obviously alot more than just 1 word , there was clearly several problems & issues with the school and the teacher's mental health. So how is banning that word going to help ?.

So if Labour get in,

I think it shows a level of disregard and even contempt for their loved ones, but I don't detest them for letting their brain chemicals or bad circumstances overwhelm them.
