It is time to let the competition begin again! I, with Shaun's knowledge AND Riley's (Wizard) lovely ideas, decided to create a spiritual successor to TiBB Eurovision.

It's time for our first All-Stars edition! What songs will be heard? Where are the constant translations into French? When will the madness end? No idea.

FORMAT
The format of the TiBB Music Festival will remain similar to TiBB Eurovision, however, there are some changes. I will have a Spotify playlist of all of the songs for you to listen to the songs during the voting period.

VOTING SYSTEM
The voting system from the first few editions returns. Every country will each give out two sets of 12, 10, and 8-1 points; one for the jury voting, and the other for the televoting.

RULES
- If you want to take part, reply to this thread with the countries you want! But please, if you do reserve a country, I expect an entry.
--From this edition onwards, everyone can choose 1 to 10 countries to participate as.
- In a change from TiBB Eurovision, participants can now choose a song that is already in the public database (look on Spotify or YouTube, there are plenty of songs on either one).
- Lyrics, an artist name, song title AND music video are all that's required.
- Entries must be submitted to me as soon as possible. The voting portion of the contest will take place over the course of a 1 week period.
- And for the first time since Globalvision, countries that are not in Europe or Australia will be able to participate.

You have as much time as you need to find your entries. Please find songs that we all may enjoy, and please don't feel afraid to take part The more entries, the more fun it is to run. Songs can be about anything you like, and whilst we are fairly liberal with what is deemed "in good taste" obviously a song containing 30 different death threats may well find itself lost in my inbox and doomed never to enter.

The winner of this glorious festivity shall also receive a supply of Anastasia Beverly Hills cosmetics a spot in the TiBB Music Festival Hall of Fame! - so if that isn't motivation to bring your A-game, I don't know what is.

Like last edition, the Big 6 (the top 6 of the previous edition) will all qualify for the final. All of the countries mentioned below will be free game. Because of the war in Ukraine, Belarus and Russia will not be selectable until further notice.

This is a special All-Stars edition of TiBB Music Festival. This means that non-winning songs from the past editions will be returning to compete.

This means that you will have to go look on the Wiki pages for the old songs after you've chosen your countries.

The semi-finals and the second chance round last seen in the 7th edition are returning as well; as the selection rules of 1 up to 10 countries have returned.

Due to the War in Ukraine, Belarus and Russia cannot be chosen for the foreseeable future.

I have a sneaking feeling that this won't be as popular as past editions, even with this being an All-Stars edition.

Just to be on the safe side, I have randomly picked 23 more countries outside of the 23 already chosen. They have had songs chosen, but have no member backing; so they're free to take.

The updated list of countries is in the OP and on the wiki page. Remember that you can choose anywhere from 1 to 10 countries. Any unchosen countries will have their results randomly determined.

Congratulations to our winner, Czechia!

For next edition, the UK will be split into the nations: England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We will have a smaller edition next time after this ginormous edition. All songs for the 11th edition will be brand-new. We will have a good time next edition, and who knows, we may end up having a different presenter next time.
