View Full Version : Bank Holiday Weekend
Our first of three bank holiday weekends this month for us Brits :o what are you doing for it?
I'm currently having a nice pint at the airport awaiting a flight to the Isle of Man to visit my 96 year old grandmother. Not sure how relaxing that's gonna be.
I generally love traveling like this on my own but the airport is a predictable nightmare full of stag dos and hen dos. When will stupid fancy dress at stag dos go out of fashion

We are going to celebrate big time.
This morning I had my first negative Covid result in a fortnight.
Hubby cleared his yesterday.
Haven’t seen anybody for a fortnight, apart from through the window or the glass in the front door, thank heavens for the porch.
A big big thank you to my kids and all who rallied round to cheer us up and keep us going.:cheer2: Party time.

Working Monday so everyone can see what's going on outside.
It's what I do for people.

My little sister started challenging me at scrabble during lockdown. The online version.
She didnt know about word generator.. I fessed up to her a few weeks ago and was slightly taken aback at her reaction when I told her!
Not happy at all.:nono:
