Gamble 2023: Task 1. Identity. Results revealed.

So I've set up social groups for you as teams to join where you'll be able to discuss the game and the tasks.

Teams. Please work together and create a team name plus nicknames for each team member. Cherie will be the judge of the best identities. Also please state in this thread how much you want to gamble on winning this challenge.

Reminder.

Each team will start with £500 Tibbloons. There will be a series of tasks and challenges in which teams will compete and for each task the teams must wager some of their kitty on the outcome. Teams may gamble any amount between £1 and 50 Tibbloons on each task, winning that task will then result in whatever amount was gambled being doubled and returned to their kitty.

For example if a team gambles £50 and wins the first task then £100 will go back in the kitty. Therefore that team would then have a balance of £550 Tibbloons.

The other teams will lose half of the amount they chose to gamble from their kitty. So a losing team in task 1 who gambled £50 would lose half that amount from the kitty, leaving them with £475 Tibbloons to play with.

Parm what are you on about?? That's more or less what I'm doing. Cherie has done the rolling of the dice. Tomorrow each team will predict what she rolled. One set of predictions per team. That's totally fair. Plus I've said in the other thread that I'm gonna compensate for Task 1 being a bit unbalanced.

I was gonna give the two teams with only 2 players 25 extra tibbloons to add to their scores. But as Alf said they would have won anyway. Let's just carry on. I'll find a different way of judging if necessary for future tasks. Thanks.
