View Full Version : What’s the most bizarre dream you’ve had recently?

I’ve had plenty over the years but in recent times (this afternoon, even; Sunday nap tings) cycling on the motorway would just have to take the custard-cream. You get to my point in life and you think you’ve seen it all in the dream-world but no. Weird dreams pop up out of nowhere all the time, and I usually wake up before the hottest part.

last night i was i a field and a giant kept advancing forward to me i had a medieval lance and i was aiming for his eyes and as i stabbed him his head got more folded and smaller and so I thwarted him and then i was in a small cottage and the TL and I were going through stuff I left at her house and then i woke up.

I tried to get back in the dream to see what I had left but i could not

:oh:

One horrible dream that I had recently was me pulling the plug out of the socket, and then getting electrocuted.

To any younger person that might be lurking on the thread, don't pull the plug out of a socket without switching the plug off first.

I rarely remember dreams.
I have them but as soon as I wake up it's all gone as to what they are..
I've usually no recollection at all.

Sadly that never works. Once the dream-bubble bursts (from the second you wake up, even if you fall right back asleep) it’s burst and ain’t coming back. Like a nocturnal/R.E.M. version of SpongeBob’s bubble-buddy.

Had a dream the other day that my daughter ran off and jumped in some bloke's Tesla (no one in it), which turned out to be self-driving, and it started to drive off ... only to crash, and the guy was going nuts telling me I owed him £25k for repairs (even though there was only minor damage) so I said to him that I was going to tell the police that he had programmed his self-driving Tesla to kidnap kids because he was clearly a nonce, and he was like "I did not!" and I was like "Well, it tried to drive off with my child so who will they believe?" and he said fine, forget about the damaged and huffed off in his Tesla.

.. .... .... ****ing bizarre stuff really. A Tesla that was some sort of child trafficking K.I.T.T.

I have a 100+ year old Gypsy Dream Book which claims to have explanations for thousand and one https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20230515/71e48ca1e18ef534406ccb6cec8edab9.jpg
dreams ..

Sadly it’s of no use to me as I don’t remember a jot about any of my dreams .. if I do indeed have any dreams ..

Do you not remember a single dream from your childhood?

While I’ve got you I’ll have you know that asterisks and crap members make the forum look cheaper than swearing on a … Big Brother forum. Sort it out, Mr Man.

My brother passed away unexpectedly very recently its something I've been struggling with a lot and about a week ago I had a strange dream, there's parts of it I still don't remember but my brother is speaking to me and I was trying so hard yet just couldnt see his face it was really upsetting and he kept repeating things about the noise from the birds, not to worry and saying "just go for it" (the latter being something he said a lot) I actually woke up sobbing but just put it down to having so much going on in my head lately, anyway the other morning I was out in the garden, it was quiet then all of a sudden all these little birds at the end of my neighbours garden started going wild, flapping and flying about crazy, fighting with each other and the noise was unreal, its been happening every day since then :/

Sincere condolences, Josy. Sudden deaths are some of the most painful but you’ll get through it. I know you will. I know we don’t always see eye-to-eye but at the end of the day we’re all just people and things like that bring it home all the more.

May his soul rest in perfect peace.
