To be fair a lot of the issue there is that people think each adult is supposed to have an entire large pizza to themselves :joker:.
That applies to most things though - portion sizes are a much bigger issue than content per 100g (of pretty much anything).
200ml of a drink with 20g sugar per 100ml contains less sugar than a litre of a "low sugar" drink with 4.9g per 100ml. Which should of course be obvious, but people get really stuck on those "per serving" numbers (without actually bothering to take note of what a serving is supposed to be).

In terms of the cereal, the problem is only if people consider this an "everyday breakfast" and not a treat.

Sorry but that is not a breakfast cereal, I get that it gets milk down kids necks but like SB says this should be a once in a while treat...
