The Late Debate ITV1HD London
had a Interview with Scully.
He says he does not have to stand down
as London minister, yet.

[A government frontbencher has announced
a bid to replace Sadiq Khan as Mayor of London.
Paul Scully is "pausing" his role as minister
for the capital while he campaigns to
be the Conservative candidate for
next year's mayoral race.
The MP for Sutton and Cheam is up against
several other Tory hopefuls including
Daniel Korski,
a businessman and one-time adviser to
former prime minister David Cameron.
He has said he believes he can beat
Labour mayor Mr Khan,
who is seeking a third term.

Mr Scully told Sky News: "London is the greatest city
in the world but it can be greater still.
You're not going to get that under the
incumbent mayor because he seeks to deflect
rather than deliver.

Conservatives argue the
"overwhelming majority" - about 60% of
those surveyed for TfL - opposed plans to expand
the ULEZ zone.]

Crikey.
I have no time for Sadiq Khan however what on earth is dull Paul Sculley thinking.

Whatever happened to Rory Stewart going for this.
Now there IS someone worthy of voting for.

London obviously needs a better choice than Khan, but is it really ... Sculley?

Yes he confirmed, yesterday
he will run to be Mayor of London.

Many London Zones
do not want ULEZ

Paul Scully is running on scrapping ULEZ
as so many can not afford a new car.

It's a great ticket to run on, Khan seriously fudged the numbers of vehicles that would be affected

Somehow I still can see Khan winning again.
He wouldn't be my first choice however.

Of course he'll win, no ones voting for Tories in the current climate, and especially in London. Even austerity supporting Rory Stewart; another cruel loon. who for some reason has rehabilitated his reputation by being anti-brexit..

Don't know, the only reason he might win is because the opposition is so poor, his ULEZ scheme is mightily unpopular

Well if Susan wins she'll scrap ULEZ day 1 Londoners vote for Susan because insane Khan's scheme is affecting more than just London ~ hence we voted to get rid of our mayors 3 mayors is bloody overkill and way too expensive .

It is definitely in the outer areas of London.
You are dead right there.
However in London itself around the City areas, ULEZ is more largely supported there.

I doubt Khan got a great deal of support from the outer areas of London anyhow.
I don't live near London but near all the people I do know there who are in more the City areas, support ULEZ and amazingly Khan too.
