ITV's replacement for Paul O'Grady on For The Love Of Dogs has been revealed - and she's a familiar face. Amanda Holden is set to replace Paul O’Grady on For the Love Of Dogs on ITV, according to reports.
Paul and Amanda are close pals and the ITV Britain's Got Talent judge has appeared on the show before alongside him. BGT judge Amanda, 52, has now been linked with the permanent role by the Sun newspaper.

I really can't see this working.
Amanda Holden can be irritating, to me anyway.
This is a very hard act to follow as to Paul.
His love of Dogs was 100% genuine.
His enthusiasm too.
I feel anyone else is going to be a very poor replacement..

Why replace him? It was clearly a passion project for him.

I think Julian Clary would have been a good choice Joey he was close to Paul and loves animals.

As long as she's kind to the animals then I don't mind her.

He died, sorry to be the one to break the news.

She's lovely with them, she did a show previously called Give A Pet A Home. I do agree that Julian would have been a good shout however, but I think Amanda will do just fine.

Well she apparently has 2 dogs , 1 cat and 2 rabbits so she must really like animals
