Suspect that a 24/7 feed will be behind a paywall on ITVX, with free-to-view feeds being broadcast on ITV2 after eviction nights for an hour or so. Just my guess, but would make sense imo

I’m not opposed to him returning aslong as they dial him down from the C5 days, it helps retain a sense of familiarity with the show whilst still allowing producers to take a fresh take on the format.

well here in my nation's version, we get 2 livestreams 24/7 (with streamlocks if they have to hide important stuff to show in highlights episodes) on our streaming service Videoland (which belongs to RTL)
