Negativity on the forum

Just wanted to voice my thoughts about negativity on the forum. If people don't contribute in a positive way and only post to put others down etc then why aren't they banned? It's draining.

No. I will not. Its my forum as much as it is everyone else's.

It drags the forum down, its tedious, there's no place for it, and it's all down to a very small minority.
