Many councils have got into massive problems
Both Labour and Con ones over recent years.
It's not a one or the other issue.
Birmingham is way too large as a council.
Whatever comes as to the reasons for this problem, Birmingham isn't the first council to have to possibly have measures taken to support it, it won't be the last by any means either.
Of both main Parties in councils around the country.
Birmingham should be bailed out if needed, you cannot have a council the size of this one and all the citizens depending on it not helped by government.
