What Video Game ideas do you think would be cool to experience?

It can be potential new IP's, established IP's that you think are missing a trick, or even things like Remakes and Remasters that you think would be good for a particular Game to have.

I'll add to my list as it goes along as I feel like there's quite a few untapped Video Game ideas that I think could be really good Video Game experiences.

My list:

Game 1 - Sonic Adventure 3
Gameplay - I would make it have Sonic Adventure 1's approach where you have a few characters to choose from (due to the expensive budgets nowadays I'd cut it down to three playable characters) have a hub world (although not an Open World) that's maybe a bit similar to the early Crash Bandicoot Games, but it's a bit more interactive because you can maybe speak to a few of the Sonic characters in that hub world and try to accomplish side missions in the levels for them, and in doing so you get extra lives or something like that.

Personally I would have the three playable characters be Sonic, Knuckles, and Espio (give him a Game to really shine) and for Espio's story I think that Sega could consider having it that he is looking for Charmy & Vector because they've gone missing, and he is investigating their disappearance.

I know that Sega nor any other Video Game company will ever look on TIBB for this idea, but I honestly think that it's a shame that Sega will never do a Sonic Adventure 3, or at least in the way that I personally would like.

Game 2 - Sonic X Video Game
Gameplay - Obviously it would have the story and characters from the Sonic X Anime (which has been a blast to watch again) and try to get the Voice Actors back that played the characters in the Anime. That would be my vision for the Game anyway.

Gameplay wise I would have Station Square become like a GTA-esque City bound Open World experience, where you play as Sonic as he gets given missions by Tails, Knuckles, Shadow, Amy, Cream etc etc, and basically you accomplish these missions to get further in the Game.

Sonic X should also imo have fun mini-games on the side, ones that I can think of is a Chilli Dog Eating Contest, Racing, Football/Soccer, Tennis, Bowling, Shogi, and Karaoke (the songs mainly consisting of iconic Sonic songs over the decades) I honestly believe it could be a fantastic Sonic Game.

It imo should be classed as a spin-off title because it doesn't really have much in common with the main Sonic Gameplay, but I honestly believe that Sega should do a Game like this eventually.

Game 3 - Angel Video Game
Gameplay - I honestly believe that Angel could be a badass blend of the Batman: Arkham Games meets Devil May Cry.

Maybe even have a level where Angel has to go to Sunnydale as well to get the Buffy cast involved, it could be a fun idea.

Game 4 - Resident Evil 5 Remake
Gameplay - I actually did enjoy RE5, but there are definitely improvements that could be made for a remake.

1. Have Chris & Sheva be more separated throughout the adventure to add more Horror tension to the Game. Maybe even make Sheva playable in these segments.

2. Make the locations have more nighttime scenery just so again it adds more suspense and anxiety to playing the Game.

Other than that I would leave everything else the same.

Game 5 - Birmingham Moseley Rugby Club: The Video Game
Gameplay - This will never be done in a million years, I definitely understand that.:joker:

But hypothetically if it were to be made, I would have it that it's basically LMA Manager but for Rugby fans, and especially Birmingham Moseley fans.

I would have it that you train the players, decide their diet, tactics, buying and selling players, plus you've got have a decent relationship with the players, fans, and ultimately the board.

The main narrative of the Game I would have be about an upcoming Coach (who supports Birmingham Moseley) and is a local lad, gets his dream job of coaching Birmingham Moseley, and is tasked with trying to get them back to their glory days back in the 70's.

Game 6 - I'm Watching You
Gameplay - Basically you're playing as this woman called Elizabeth Yeun, who has been received a letter by her Daughter who she believed to be dead, to come to this town called Shawshank Pines.

Basically it's not as it seems, and the Game will play very similar to the early Silent Hill Games in particular, including the clunky controls.

Game 7 - The Mandalorian
Gameplay - Whilst I don't like the Show, I can easily appreciate that it'd make a fantastic Video Game.

You basically make it a Third Person Shooter in a similar vain to ironically Resident Evil 5 or Resident Evil 6, and it'd be a home run imo.

Game 8 - Final Fantasy Villains
Gameplay - I want a Final Fantasy Game that has a turn based combat, but instead of playing as the Heroes, you are instead playing as the bad guys trying to cause destruction.

And the player essentially is tasked with powering up the delightfully evil party to achieve their goals.

It'll probably never happen, but one can dream.:joker:

Game 9 - Berserk Video Game
Gameplay - I would like to see a modern AAA effort into a Berserk Video Game that plays similar to Dark Souls, but is less brutally difficult, but not piss easy either.

I would also like the Game to be based on an original story, so that the Game has more scope to manoeuvre.

Game 10 - Dragonball Fusions 2
Gameplay - Basically do a similar style to what they did last time, just with a bigger budget.

Game 11 - Dr. Jekyll And Mr. Hyde Remake
Gameplay - This Game from 1988 is really badly received nowadays for apparently not explaining fundamental stuff to the player, plus boring Action according to the critics.

Well I personally then would like to see a Remake that fixes those issues, on top of much better graphics as well.

Imo Games like this that possibly need a bit of fixing deserve a shot at a Remake more than Games that are still really strong to this day like the original Resident Evil 4.

Game 12 - Bubsy 3D Remake
Gameplay - Personally keep the tank controls as it's nostalgic to that era, and I don't mind a modern Game every now and then having that type of control scheme.

However I would fix the Game's lack of texture in the world, that's definitely something that even I notice when looking at the Game, and I'm not even an expert on that sort of stuff.

And personally keep the goofy dialogue, after all I think society needs to learn to loosen up with these kinds of Games, the dialogue imo works for a series like Bubsy.

Basically just fix the textures for any potential remake of Bubsy 3D imo.

Game 13 - Superman 64 Remake
Gameplay - Okay reading the reviews this Game would need a huge overhaul.:joker:

1. Make the objectives more clear and precise on what the player needs to do to pass the levels.

2. Patch any glitches that's making it hard for the player to enjoy the Game, or even progress any further. I get that it takes time, but it's worth it long term.

3. Fix the graphics, which would likely happen if a Remake were to happen.

4. Make the Ring Maze sequence more forgiving.

I get that all of that is easier said than done, but if it can be done then I can't see why a Superman 64 Remake wouldn't be seen as a massive improvement over the original.

Game 14 - Batman: Dark Tomorrow Remake
Gameplay - Again reading reviews for this Game is interesting.

1. Make the gameplay less confusing to people. Dare I say it make the combat be similar to the Arkham Games.

2. Fix the Camera Angles so that they're less awkward for the player.

3. Make it more clear how to even beat the Game.

I honestly believe those three things being fixed would make the Remake so much more popular if it were to happen.

Game 15 - Drake Of The 99 Dragons Remake
Gameplay - Again I'm going off critical reviews here, but this seems to be a common criticism for the Game so here it goes.

1. Fix the Voice Acting up to suit a more 2023 quality.

2. Fix the sound effects.

3. Make the story easier to understand, don't make it really basic though, as afterall there is a balance to these things.

4. Keep the unique aesthetic, it's a really good thing to have.

5. Fix the bugs.

Game 16 - Big Rigs: Over The Road Racing Remake
Gameplay - I've seen YouTube videos of this Game.:joker:

It needs a fair few fixes for a Remake, but here it goes.

1. Have Collision Detection.

2. Have advanced AI competitors in the races.

3. Fix the Grammatical and Typographic errors.

4. Add extra modes.

These essential aspects to a Racing Game would improve a possible Remake immediately.

Game 17 - Ninjabread Man Remake
Gameplay - Again I'm going off the critics here.

1. Fix the Camera.

2. Fix the Controls.

3. Fix the Graphics.

4. Increase the Game's length to at least last 5 hours.

5. Fix glitches.

6. Improve the Platforming to be more fun and strategic.

Game 18 - Sonic 06 Remake
Gameplay - I've actually played this Game, and like Resi 5, I did enjoy Sonic 06, although it definitely had issues.

1. Fix the Frame Rate when you're in the main hub.

2. Fix the poor Camera.

3. Try to improve the Romance between Sonic and the Human girl the best that can possibly be done.

4. Fix the load times.

Again I think if these things could be improved it would help Sonic 06's reception a lot for the Remake.

Game 19 - Rogue Warrior Remake
Gameplay - Again going off the critics take on the Game.

1. I'm going to go against the majority of the critics here and I say keep the profanity in the Game, the 2023 audience I think needs to see a lead with a more rougher personality.

2. Add more Multiplayer modes to the Game.

3. Add more Single player modes to the Game, maybe ones where you get to play as other characters.

4. Improve the Graphics.

5. Make the length a couple of hours longer.

6. Fix the Combat.

Game 20 - Ringo The Dino
Gameplay - Yes I'm crap at coming up with names for new IP's, hence largely coming up with ideas from established franchises.:joker:

Seriously though I would make Ringo The Dino be similar to the first four Crash Bandicoot Games in gameplay, with a blend of kiddy styled Horror thrown into the mix.

I know that I'm over thinking on this thread, but here's my ideas as it stands.

What ideas would you like to see the Video Game industry come up with in the foreseeable future?

Game 21 - Doron Dororon Video Game
Gameplay - I personally believe that it'd make for a fantastic Action-Adventure Game.

Plus I'd also try to tell the end run in a slightly less rushed way, because tbf to Gen Oosuka the Manga got cancelled due to low readership, so he did the best job that he could considering.

But a Video Game could flesh out the story a little bit, which as someone that was underdog rooting for the Manga, would love to see it return in some form, just please don't be a Hollywood remake.

Game 22 - Black Torch Video Game
Gameplay - Again another Action-Adventure type of Game would work really well for Black Torch.

Game 23 - Solanin Video Game
Gameplay - Solanin is not a very Action oriented Manga, so imo a Visual Novel approach would probably be the path that I think would suit a Video Game adaptation the best for Solanin.

Game 24 - Bastard!! Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy Video Game
Gameplay - Sadly no Video Game company will take on a Bastard!! Heavy Metal, Dark Fantasy Game idea, but it would honestly make for a fantastic Action RPG type of Video Game.

Maybe even add bonus modes like Vampire Hordes mode, where you could have Dark Schneider (the player) have to stop a Vampire group from killing everybody in a Village.

Game 25 - Cowboys, Samurai & Mechs
Gameplay - This is an extremely experimental idea that's only been done a handful of times in the entertainment industry over the decades.

But I think having three playable characters to choose from with three distinct play styles would be a good idea for this Game idea.

Character 1 - Baron Porter (Cowboy) - Baron Porter would have a more RDR1 approach to the gameplay with all of the gun action, herding, and Horse Riding.

Character 2 - Meiji Tsumori (Samurai) - Meiji would have the Hack And Slash style of gameplay, similar to Devil May Cry, only the violence would preferably be more extreme, because Meiji would be the most angry and jaded character out of the Heroes.

Character 3 - Justin Tomberlake (Mech) - Justin would have the more Code Geass/Gundam side of the gameplay where he'll be in a Mech Suit, taking down the bad guys in Space Shooter levels.

The main story would roughly go along the lines of three Heroes who are all looking for vengeance against different people, and what appears to be three unrelated journeys ends up being linked together in really major ways as the story unfolds.

The Game would be set in an alternate Earth timeline.

Game 26 - Football Trainer
Gameplay - I would basically want a developer to make a more mature version of Inazuma Eleven.

Basically you would have an RPG system where you level up players, and interact with them and all of that stuff, but the player would also be playing Football matches and training sessions to level up your team so that they can win the Premier League.

Because yes I would want the player to pick which team that they'd want to play for in the Premier League, and if it's popular then add the other Leagues for sequels.

Game 27 - Pathoria
Gameplay - I would want a developer to design the gameplay in a Turn Based RPG similar to Final Fantasy VII, I don't what to call what would be the equivalent of the Materia system in Pathoria, but something like the Materia system being in the Game I believe would be fantastic.

And the Planet would be called Pathoria.

And here would be the main party for Pathoria that I would like to see in the Game.

Party:
1. Tyson James
Age - 24
Born - Suelle, Tyne Kingdom
Synopsis - Tyson was just living his daily life as a farmer, until one day he was attacked by a someone in a black cloak who said "go to the Netherheathen" Tyson wakes up in a mysterious Dungeon to find that he has got mysterious Magical powers that he never had before. 5. Ash
Age - Unknown
Born - Unknown
Synopsis - Ash is found by two other people out in the wilderness of Crape Town in Tyne Kingdom. Ash has no idea who he is, and why he doesn't look Human like everyone else on Pathoria.
