meaning less care for her
[A baby died after her "vulnerable"
18-year-old mother gave birth alone
in a jail cell following "systemic failings"

What was she is prison for?
I assume Drug running,
[Ms Cleary had been in care and
had been exploited by county lines gangs before
she was jailed in August 2019, the inquest heard.]

she was treated appallingly, the screws should be done for manslaughter

Yes right for her to be in Jail
for her crime, at that time.
But there is a repeat problem
on young women entering a cell alone
and having babies, some die.
That's the issue now

Yes, they needed to watch her
more - but appears they were not aware
she was going to have the baby
So no manslaughter

Firstly, the word 'assume' is a guess!
Secondly, was her dead baby scum too?

how could they not be aware? presumably she had to strip when she got to prison?

Yes but the young lady arrested
was aggressive towards the staff.

I'm not saying that pregnant women should be let off crimes which carry a custodial sentence, but they certainly shouldn't be treated the same as everyone else.

Yes, the Staff failed her
The main problem was she had the baby
but then went to sleep or was unconscious
