Is your Saturday morning/Sunday afternoon scrub-up/laundry never complete without a few drops of cedarwood, tea-tree and lemon eucalyptus or do you never?

I love Sandalwood, I've always got some burning, and it's in most of my toiletries. But none of my house cleaning things!

There's nothing wrong with a bit of good-ol. bleach and washing-up liquid (which I'd use anyway) but because the way I clean comes partially off the back of a history of OCD-related issues (most of it's not about cleanliness at all) and it's just a decent self-care hack to incorporate into some of your weekly regimes. Even if you're otherwise rugged/coarse as hell. It just is what it is.

Essential oils have been used for thousands of years. It's not a new fad.

Sandalwood incense, watermelon, popcorn and something decent to watch is a vibe-and-a-half on a Friday night.
