Android phone help

I'm at the seaside and while my phone was in my pocket I must have accidentally pressed something on it and my screen has gone black and white or grey.

Anyone know what's happened and what I need to do to restore it?

I have had a look on Google but what they are telling me isn't working.

Double-check you haven't inverted colors. The inverted colors setting on Android is under
the Quick Settings menu. Inverting colors may not make the screen appear black and
white on all apps, but if you've accidentally enabled this feature, some screens can appear
black and white or otherwise unusual to you.

I've worked it out. It was on sleep mode.

I put do not disturb on by accident a lot and it drives the kids mad as i dont answer my phone 😁

Got here at ten to nine this morning. I hsd a walk up the street where they filmed the Dad's Army movie a few years ago. The one with Cathrine Zeta Jones in. I won £20 on the bingo. 2 lines. I've had some cockles, a hot dog and an Ice cream. I'm just in a pub now having a few beers. I'm going for some fish and chips soon for my tea.

Is it the correct colour?It was very blurry from my drunken eyes. But I've made it home. May as well have a couple more beers to see me off.

I'll sleep well tonight. I've been up since half five and I've walked some ground today. My feet feel like Paula Radcliffe's if she'd ran 3 marathons on the trot.
