It is Full Screen
With Imax's own DTS sound.

Now to go between a few years
he uses Black and White
but much too much of Robert Downey JR.
was filmed in Black and White.
To me that was wrong.

Some people in the TV media have spoken bad of this film.
They are wrong.

Great Performance from Cillian Murphy
it's about his struggles
and the Politics of 1945.

The IMAX was packed.

I give it 7 out 10

Yes, it flashes to Black and White

I would have preferred the Year and Month
Like 1945 November or whatever year it was going back or
forward to

Going on screen,
in Color.

I think only them are doing Full Screen.

[But beyond that virtuoso moment,
much of Oppenheimer unfolds like a thriller,
while not swerving profound questions about
the morality of laying Hiroshima and Nagasaki
to nuclear waste.
I despair at the inordinate length of many
films these days,
yet even at three hours this one never seems
unreasonably long.
There is an awful lot of story to tell, and
Nolan tells it magnificently]

I bought a beer at the start and half way through the film I went for a another beer. The guy told me that this one had to be my last. I couldn't believe that they were parenting me at the cinema. Little did they know I took an hip flask of Whiskey in with me.

I won In the end.

Weird [emoji28] but also weird that they will only sell 2Do they not sell beer in Ireland?

They didn't used to years ago when I was younger. It was coke, Fanta and Sprite. But yes, they sell beer now. They must have applied for an alcohol licence. That's reel cinema. I don't know whether the likes of Odeon or vue sell it. I go to the place that I know does sell it.

When I go in I usually get a pint and a cup of tea. I drink my pint and lace my cuppa with Whiskey or brandy from my hip flask. But Oppenheimer was over 3 hours. So I went out half way through for another pint.. I was quite shocked that they said that the second pint had to be my last. Especially when you're getting told by 20 year olds. They have no respect for their elders.

I first saw Robert Downey Jr in a bit part roll in the film Weird Science in the mid eighties. I loved that film. To me it's classic.

He's come a long way from then and I think he has to be up as a contender for this year's best supporting actor Oscar. He was great in this.
