Burger King must face a lawsuit that alleges it makes its Whopper burger appear larger on its menus than it is in reality, a US judge has ruled.

The lawsuit accuses the fast food giant of misleading customers by showing the burger with a meatier patty and ingredients that "overflow over the bun".

I mean, i get it in a way, all those fast food places are the same, it never ever looks anything like the picture. It's surprising they've got away with it for so long.

To me this feels slightly harsh.

And I'm not trying to sound like a Burger King fanboy here, but isn't the whole point of advertisement suppose to be exaggerating your product?

I mean going by this lawsuit nearly every type of business out there should be facing a lawsuit.
