I hate it when things like this happen.
I hope that it starts working soon for the Sky Broadband users.

[Sky down as frustrated customers left without
internet and 13,000 users complain of network issue]
[Frustrated Sky customers have been left without internet
this evening, with thousands reporting
an issue with their network.
Around 13,000 users across the UK
are believed to be affected by the loss
of wifi after customers first reported an issue
on Down Detector around 10pm.
[Posting in the comments section of Down Detector,
Ron Bell said: "Internet speeds up and down
in Newcastle upon Tyne, NE15 area code.
Ridiculous for what I am paying.
Sort your s*** service out Sky."]

My SkyNewsHD TV feed went down for
4mins
when this all started
We’ve stayed loyal to BT throughout the decades and couldn’t be happier..
300Mbps at best not normally over 150
Although oddly enough I’ve just checked and ours is down to about 41 Mbps ( presumably that’s the backup system provided by EE ) .
Sounds like there maybe a Nationwide issue - maybe due to the atrocious weather ??

BT has the automatic fallback to mobile internet if broadband fails which is great
