Now some will be think that I’m odd but I absolutely LOVE the taste of Flora margarine !!

Butter turns my stomach .. ( I am lactose intolerant)

Margarine is for the weak hands who cant be bothered to persevere with butter when spreading.

What next, pooper scoopers?

OMG

I have to find a new butter / margarine spread !!!

They have changed the ingredients and the taste and the texture of the standard ‘Original’ tubs of Flora !!

I used to absolutely LOVE the taste and niece it’s just bland .

Plus it doesn’t spread as easily .

Breaking news

In another piece of good news for the planet, Flora has also removed palm oil from all its products. Additionally, the packaging of the tub-based spreads has been updated and is now in the same style as the company's butter alternative, Plant B+tter.

Update

I’ve moved on to Lurpak butter and Spreadable Lurpak which is more convenient plus it tastes slightly nicer ( due to the Palm oil presumably) ..

More info please !!

I’m an obsessive remember !!

What types / brand of butter or margarine

Ta

I’m currently on Lurpak butter ( and Spreadable )

I did a blind taste test using about 6 different well respected Butters - to settle on Lurpak

I did a similar thing with margarines ( now the new Flora is tasteless ) and learnt that Aldi do a nearly identical version of Lurpak Spreadable.. tastes the same and packaging looks the same apart from the name Nordic
