Chris Luxon to concede defeat.
Mr Luxon thanked National voters and said

I like that at the time a lot of people were respecting her for going out on her own terms and making the best decision for her etc. when really she just quit because the writing was on the wall and she didn't want to be there at the time of the electoral defeat
