I don't know what a designer vagina is but she is coming across to me as someone who is trying to invent a personality rather than learning how she fits in to her own skin..I hope she relaxes and shows the interesting parts of herself how she's had to adapt in her new gender role rather than the entitled little brat she's currently displaying
