What on God's Green Earth is that mess?
Is that another example of modern art?

Looks like someone went crazy with an etch a sketch.

With all due respect to the person that gave her the Tattoo.
What on earth is that thing?!
I’d hardly call Billy Eilish a fading star but that tattoo is horrific
The main part is fine but to leave it looking like it’s been mud splattered or whatever just makes it look dreadful

I mean, it does look awful.
But she's 21 and if anything she's a rising star? What you on about?
its actually the modern style of female tattoos. Strands of colour. It will be good in a few days time

what is it meant to be? I think she will regret the mud splatters in time

She is still in the tattooists chair and a lot of the surrounding "splatter" bits I would imagine is where the tattooist wipe the excess ink and blood away. If you have ever had a tattoo or seen one done it always looks very dirty till they have finished and clean the ink away properly. It will look very different when it is cleaned properly and healing

Oh dear apparently we're not allowed to call out people's clear and unsubtle passive aggressive misogyny any more. This thread isn't about a tattoo.

Whether it's good or bad it's irrelevant; the thread was made because some people get their jollies from being disparaging towards girls and women barely out of their teens, as they are bitter misogynists and need to take it out on someone.
Its always been overlooked by moderation on TiBB but we did have a very long phase of at least being able to call it out when it happens.
I did so - the post was deleted and I got an infraction. Apparently social consequences are out the window now that other sections of the forum are a bit busier again. Oh well. The section was usable while it was usable, I suppose.
As you were.

You may be right !!
Here’s a photo dated yesterday ..
Only shows the top part but it looks a lot ‘cleaner’ and it’s healed up …
Possibly her only mistake was to allow some
lowlife to take a photo of the uncleaned tattoo in the first place !!

thats protective stuff that is kept on for a few days. I nor anyone i know has ever had a tattoo, but I at least know the process. Most seem to be completely ignorant of it in this thread

…I think that Billie’s tattoos usually have meaning, don’t they…but she’s keeping us guessing with this one…I would imagine that a tattoo down the spine would be very painful so good that she has it behind her now…/…no pun etc…the bit at the top that can be seen, looks pretty cool…….
