I'm really tired and it's only 6.10pm.

It's the weather/dark nights that does it.

if you ever feel tired during the day down a full glass of water and I promise you in 5 minutes you will feel much better


This is especially true if driving and you feel tired - drink water

i have a lamp that provides daylight to you. All you need to do is have the light bathing your face for 10 mins and it removes all the symptoms of SAD

Just look on amazon for daylight lamp. Loads of options

My poor little sister celebrates her 50th on the 2nd of November, while I revisited my darkest day ever.
