Do you miss Farida and/or Zak?

Personally, I don’t. Last nights episode was great. We saw humour, bitching and new tensions building between others. I think both Farida and Zak would have had a lot to say and dominated the task and highlights with their opinions.

…(..I think..)…that it’s more about the editing than the housemate so they each had the potential to contribute to a different house dynamic or have no impact at all…to what we see, that is…in general, though…I like how things evolve and change through BB with and without specific housemate there…

no, I really enjoyed last nights episode too, my favourite of the series so far. Farida would have ruined it bending all the rules because she knew better and Zak with his grating motivational speeches when possibly it's him the one who needs the advice

Not in the slightest, this is why I don’t get people who hate vte, it gets rids of overbearing characters like Farida and gives other people the chance to come forward, either to shine or take their place as the next gobshite

I liked Farida but I think it's good that she went when she did. Zak had more to offer and there was some potential drama brewing there. He would've been gunning for Hallie and of course him and Kerry were at odds with each other. It would've only gotten worse between them.

I agree that vte is a good thing for BB as it makes the Show have a unique element to it's rivals, plus it can make who's going to win the Show slightly less predictable.

However I feel that I have to disagree with you about voting out overbearing personalities, because what if "the next gobshite" doesn't come around? Because BB has had scenarios like that pop up, and it normally leads to some barmy twists from the production to put some life back into the Show.

Don't get me wrong, I agree with you that some overbearing characters should leave for balance in the dynamics, but the public should also be evicting the bores, which rarely ever happened when I used to watch BB.
