I don't particularly like him but I do feel there is a lot of emotive hate for Paul and things being attributed to him that aren't necessarily fair
if you hate Paul please feel free to enlightenme

hate is a strong word but i just don't like the guy, i don't like the way talks to people and I don't like the way he talks about people, he comes across as deep as a puddle

He's a scabby gross shallow slime, his idea of entertainment is stealing and hiding the drinks so nobody else gets a chance. He's selfish ,greedy and turns into a 5 year old when everyone is trying to sleep at night.
He has irrational hate for Noky like BB11 John James for Rachel, he can't handle strong assertive intelligent women. Him & Dylan share similar traits ,so I'm not surprised he was patting Dylan on the back like a lap dog ...in the Halloween argument.
I haven’t got the time or patience to list all my grievances with this low-life .
The only consolation is once he’s gone we will never see or hear of him ever again
It’s not as though he’ll be wanted on chat shows or game shows

I disagree I think he got on well with Hallie who was very assertive and strong. I personally don't like him but I don't find him offensive per se..just a bit immature, but in no way more immature than say, Olivia

Well, the way he speaks about Noky for example, like I said he seems to have some sort of inverted snobbery kind of a dislike for her, like he wants to put her in her place or knock her down a peg or two, I get that vibe from him.

yes I see your point but that's more conjecture than anything else, do we actually have any hard evidence that Paul really is that bad..?
I would point to his crudeness and general poor personal hygiene which I would find difficult to be around, but in terms of actual events that warrant such emotive distaste, I'm struggling to get on board.
Perhaps it's easier in that unlike Trish, I just don't find him remotely attractive.
Tom is equally immature and Olivia equally brash, but neither receives the attention Paul seems to enjoy

I can't stand Olivia or Tom either ,and Dylan is added to the list .
You keep asking what has he done .
1.What about him losing his temper in the ant task
2.What about him protesting too much about the kissing writing task , and as usual he blamed Noky for that
3.He hides all the food and drinks for him and his greedy selfish mates
4.He can't string a sentence together , he's boring as hell
5. He has crude vulgar humour, and seems to just burp and break wind
6. He acts like a child with his pranks and noisy behaviour , when others are trying to sleep
7. He's bitchy and talks alot of trollocks

I actually didn't like him for the first weeks .
Never hated him though.
I don't know him.
However I've warmed to him over the last week at least.
He has a negative view it seems of Noky and so have I.
She's harder ( for reasons I can't put my finger on),for me to like than Paul.
Not sure I could trust her.
At least with Paul like him or not, he doesn't hide how he is so you know where you stand with him.
I like that.

You liked crab eyes :skull: :umm2: , that guy was mentally
unstable and had serious anger issues !, he treated Rachel like dirt with irrational hate .
And everything he accused Rachel of re: fame hungry , wanting magazine deals ...... he did himself by appearing on Australia Love Island :joker:.... and he did a TV show with Josie , he was another delusional horrible pr1ck,and his showmance with Josie was nauseating.
Plus he kept bullying Ben, he was nothing but a coward .... He still couldn't resist being a nasty rat towards Rachel ,and then he cried like a wimp at the thought of Nathan confronting him lmao .
John James ruined BB11 for me ...I actually stopped watching half way through, because of him.
I never watched the Connor series so I can't comment .

Really hope he's out on Friday. I don't care who is with him. It might be trying to save his own skin but Dylan's morning of humble apologies on last night's show did kind of win me back over. Especially when Trish continued to be pretty frosty as he was trying to make good.
But Paul. It's not quite Sezer-esque because he was convinced he was staying but that's a proper eviction prospect to salivate it. Not just for him but for sticking it to Jenkin, Tom and Olivia who must be the only people left in the country other than Paul's mum who think he's the business.
They're just about thick headed and bitchy enough to take Paul being voted out not as a vote against their group antics by the public but as a big meany ~conspiracy by the rest of the house to stick it to a Good Honest Lad. It'll probably entrench them further into their **** and make them worse.
I can't wait.
i think there will be a massive rethink by that squad if Paul goes. They may not be intelligent, but they are street smart

looks according to that poll that it's Paul and Dylan then. As much as I dislike them, I'd prefer Paul stayed in and Noky was evicted for the good of the show
Deadwood (Noky) always needs to go first, followed by those that maintain some sort of structure (Dylan organising the kitchen and rationing the food)
it gets complicated because most people (me) dont split their vote so they dont have a second choice, and those that split their vote dilute their choices. So i wouldn't read anything into these polls

I agree with you about Dennis, it's why I'm defending Paul to some extent, because I don't believe that his behaviour is at the same level as that, like I feel some of the public are trying to turn his actions into.
And Spitgate was started by Rex, yes that doesn't excuse anyone else's actions on the night (especially Dennis) but if Rex hadn't have tried to wind Jen up, none of the stuff that happened that night would've have happened.
Obviously Jen overreacted I'm not denying that, which then flared up Darnell, Dale & Stuart all into an argument with each other, but ultimately Rex was to blame for that night as the instigator.

I'm getting deja vu , i swear we've discussed spit gate before on here.
Anyway ... even BB could see that Dale & Stuart made things worse, yes Rex started it ... and i actually went off Rex. But Dale & Stuart behaved like aggressive thugs and BB called them out for their behaviour. Bex also got involved where it didn't concern her.
Jen only started crying when her precious Dale & Stuart burst in the bedroom... shouting the odds, the girls actually calmed her down, but she wanted Dale & Stuart to fight her battles, so she played victim and put on the waterworks.
Darnell was actually great that night as he stood up to bullies. He lost his way when Sara entered... then he started acting like an idiot unfortunately but so did Rex who also became more unbearable . Reminds me of Freddie BB10 who went from HERO TO ZERO the moment Bea entered .
i honestly think Freddie would have won that series .... he would have gone down in BB history breaking a world record for being up for eviction the most times ,and surviving the most times ..... to then win the whole thing. but he turned into a goofy moron .
Anyway i'm going off on a tangent  .
Paul has still done enough terrible things to make him unlikable , we don't need to compare him to other awful hm's as it's already a low bar . And judging by what's coming up in tomorrow's show... it looks like he's pushing Trish's buttons again.

We probably have discussed it in the past, tbf it's probably the most memorable moment of BB9.
Yeah Bex definitely had her own behavioral issues in that year.:joker:
And tbf to Rex I don't hold him responsible for Dennis's behaviour, I mean I don't think Rex or Jen (or anyone else for that matter) could have predicted that Dennis was going to be that disgusting.
And with Freddie from BB10 I still say that he should've won the series, not because he was a victim, but because he was one of the most witty, likable, and most real Housemates in BB10, even the week where he rubs it in Lisa's face that she's facing eviction was him being real, plus Lisa did deserve it (and I actually don't hate Lisa, never have) but her behaviour towards Freddie was really bad, and I feel that the public didn't really put themselves in Freddie's shoes when he blew up at her that week Hira left instead.
The Bea stuff admittedly Freddie should've avoided.

We probably have discussed it in the past, tbf it's probably the most memorable moment of BB9.
Yeah Bex definitely had her own behavioral issues in that year.:joker:

I think a few hm's from both bb9 and bb10 were guilty of getting way too arrogant and egotistical . Also there was a theme of "ohh i'm only joking", meaning they could say and act in any horrible manner and then gas light the person they annoyed and upset.
Freddie BB10 got far too cocky and big headed at surviving eviction after eviction, he should have stayed humble . Arrogance is not a good look , he went from people feeling sorry for him... to then acting gormless and full of himself. Lisa was vile , but he was so weird the way he rubbed it in her face . His character completely changed, I guess it was due to weeks of them treating him badly and nominating him ..... but like i said he also changed massively when Bea entered and she ruined his chances of winning .
Siavash acted ridiculous and dumb around Noirin aswell , he knew she had a bf and was a tease ... yet he still pursued her . I know it takes 2 but ... wow  .

Siavash tbf did dig his own BB grave with the Noirin stuff, I personally don't think he was ever going to win though, after all society was a bit different back then.
I personally think that Freddie was right to do that to Lisa, after all she did spend the first 5 weeks being incredibly hostile to him, and getting her entire group to nominate him and not socialize with him (which doesn't say much for them either tbh) so I understood his frustration there as tbh I would probably be similar to Freddie in that situation, regardless of how many eviction votes I may or may not have survived.
The Bea stuff I do agree with you was silly for Freddie to get himself involved with, and tbh wasn't really wise for Bea to be involved with Freddie either as it turned her into a hate figure with the public, so I would argue that they both shot themselves in the foot with that dynamic unfortunately for both of them.
Oh and I definitely agree that edgelord trolling became really popular towards the end of Channel 4 BB, probably because YouTuber mentality was really starting to hit the mainstream by that point is my guess.

No doubt he's a twat, but nowhere near as bad as Dylan. He's so aggressive!
