Residing in the shadows wth his fellow revenants, braindead Tom spends his time maligning those with integrity from the security of his anonymity, starting ugly rumours about some, whilst calling the barely human Paul "a top bloke".
He has as much sense as you would expect from someone whose empty head is crowned by a perm so preposterous that hairdressers are appealing to the Vatican to have him excommunicated and declared persna non grata in salons around the world.
He escapes nomination not because he does not deserve it - for he assuredly does - but because he is too cowardly to ever claim ownership of a rumour he has started, a lie he has told or evil gossip he has helped the other weasels to spread.
