Not so far - dont think they have yet cottoned on to it. Probably would if someone spent hours on it, but I think just for the odd dip into a site now and again they let it go through. Well hopefully.
Shame on them - what harm are you doing?

Some thing odd here, my first post seems to have been made tomorrow :conf::shocked:
I wonder if if it is because it has the phrase Big Brother and Big Brother is banned. It was the same in the early days of BB at cyber cafes. Big Brother was thought to be a porn site, because on the live feeds you might see them naked

Yep. I cannot get onto any Big Brother site at school and if I do get onto one it is immediately banned.
This is partly because forums like this one are "a contact with the outside world" and we are not allowed to do this in school :nono::nono::nono: .... I guess I wouldnt do so badly in Big Brother.
But also because we have a crazy head of ICT who won't let anybody do anything but worthwhile work on the school computers.
Who said that Big Brother isnt worthwhile work?

It seems that our works IT section has now blocked access to TiBB.
I get a page saying forbidden now
I assume because it mentions Big Brother.
They have also blocked the Channel 4 message forums :bawling:
I can access BBFans and the James forum but it could be a matter of time before these are blocked.
Does anyone else have this problem with Works PC's blocking access to TiBB

At work we have discovered that they have brought in new screening software to block certain sites.
Someone has categorised TIBB as a Usenet News site, which is why it is now blocked :bawling:
