View Full Version : BB ‘go wind them up’ comment from Paul…
…there may be a thread already but I couldn’t see it…/..this can be merged if there is one…but the comment from Paul that there was instruction/direction/guidance to ‘wind up’ the drama or wind up the housemates that were at the party…/…I’m not sure which…but I’m assuming that Paul’s throwing down of stuff from the upstairs and then taking drinks and generally irritating, which all led up to, wasn’t only down to childishness and spite but also what BB was specifically asking of him…?…/…thoughts..?…/…how do you feel about BB engineering and leading these things…and, ok maybe it’s overthinking it all now …but would/could they have also directed Yinrun who to invite to her party to help create the ‘setting’ for drama …?….
I'm not sure how much truth is in this, if any. Paul has shown he will deflect any blame immediately on to someone else
The way Olivia behaved in the upstairs room was entirely of her own volition. It was her that really started it all, Paul was just egged on
So if anyone "told him to do it" it was Olivia
…it’s more a Chanelle thing, though, isn’t it….there are two moons, psst pass it on…Cleopatra is alive but she won’t be at the party, pssst pass it on….we’re throwing stuff from the balcony now, psssst pass it on….I mean, it’s a pattern of behaviour, isn’t it…we see her..

yeah, someone may have planted a seed in Olivia's head, but she couldn't fake how hard done by she felt, and she was still going on about in the little bit of live feed i saw last night. I just don't see why producers would need to poke anyone given the powder keg atmosphere that was already there

Big brother has always created drama or conflict between housemates through its tasks
Some get punished and some get rewarded, ultimately bb manipulates the situation and house mates
As soon as yinrun gave out the party invites paul and Olivia were p1ssed off, running to the bedroom to bitch about not getting invited
So I’d say paul was telling lies on this occasion

Off topic, how immature did paul look last night on late and live
Your a dick paul, grow up
You really need to be a prize plonker to be a good looking guy in the BB house and get booted out at the first opportunity

He’s hardly what you’d class as good looking though really .. he was the only available straight male in there ..
I can appreciate that Will the presenter would be considered good looking even though I don’t care for his presenting skills

I think that happened as Will and AJ quickly talked over him and looked a bit shocked

Shes such a sh1t stirrer. She does that thing from Day 1, from the "salmon gate". She winds people up, plot the seed and gets away with it.
Paul is a mental midget though.

Aj quickly moved the subject on so that was telling for me. I think BB does manipulate things similar to what they do on love island and set up conversations/situations.

The thing is Trish actually fancied him
But looks are only skin deep and it was his personality that got him evicted

He was the only straight male though .. limited choice equates to limited selection
Noky felt the same about him .. in the real world Noky wouldn’t even notice him walking past her unless he broke wind ..

Dylan and Zak were straight males too!
To be honest, you can find someone physically attractive without finding their personality appealing.

Yes, I think you have a point here, Ammi. What he said was that they were given loads to drink, then BB told him to wind up the party housemates.
Funnily, enough, Will and AJ moved quickly on and changed the subject, I think maybe hoping that the audience hadn’t heard or noticed what he’d said. I kind of thought that was telling in itself.

Not if they’re not actually attractive …
Incidentally Dylan was clearly taken and not available
Zak left after a week or so

It only takes a moment to look at someone to find them physically appealing, and they could find some-one physically attractive even if they are taken, and all 3 actually have girlfriends. It’s that ‘you can look but not touch’ thing.
Oh, and beauty is in the eye of the beholder!

Paul was alright looking tbh.. but when the personality shows and it’s sh1t.. any attractiveness instantly fades.. unless you like assh0les.. after his behaviour from not getting invited to the party, how could his gf stay with that? But i’m guessing she’s probably seen it before and who knows, she could be worse

..Yeah, maybe he is ‘self confessed’ …I guess back in the day we used to love, or I used to love having a new housemate come in for instance…and say that they were going to shake those house dynamics up and down and every which way, you know…?…and we would cheer, that’s exactly what we’d hoped for…those dramas and confrontations etc…hmmmmm, I’ve just thought of Sam Pepper, just because he was a ‘deliberate wind up’ also, wasn’t he…?…but that was organic, that was him, that was his natural self…and I know that you’re saying that Paul is that natural wind up, it’s part of his natural character…but BB also has a mantra of trying to diffuse etc, especially when they know that emotions are heightened as they were and still recovering from the Halloween nomination possessed task…so if BB did try to push or nudge and deliberately try to encourage a situation that then inevitably ended up with anyone feeling intimidated…?…then I’m not really feeling easy about that, either….

Should have been common sense.

I thought she looked as though she was there under duress … I wondered if she’d been ‘told’ to go and support him
She’s an idiot or too weak to get out of the relationship - if she stays with him

Wouldn't be surprised at all, ofc they want drama but it would be much better to let it happen naturally
He looked way too agitated to be doing it for BB as an ask. It hurt his chances at winning massively. I think he did it simply because he knew he was going, had nothing to lose and he probably assumed his edit would be really bad. He probably made it up of spite.

Yeah there's no way he was meant to go that far ,the others stayed upstairs. He kept running downstairs and being a obnoxious tw@t . He's the only one who kept throwing objects..... And trying to throw cocktails away. Oh and trying to intimidate Noky with " what you looking at" .
