I can actually picture him just walking away mid sentence as he just can’t be bothered.

Oddly enough I think that all his negativity, mood swings and constant irritability are due to him being morbidly obese plus the type of food he consumes

I watched the highlight show and didn't see the clip of Yinrun offering a knife to Jenkin to cut the birthday cake so
everyone could have a piece. Jenkin refuse the knife cos he didn't want to share the cake.
However I didn't see this clip broadcast. Also noone mentioned it on BBLL.

Is this bias from TPTB to protect some housemates and not others ?

It was a bit confusing as when she asked to speak to him he was nothing but nice, I think later the alcohol had kicked in and he acted in a petty way, I can see why they don't broadcast these clips on the main show as they do have a duty of care to the HMs, he hasn't murdered anyone, just acted selfishly after consuming alcohol

Any rational normal person would have taken a slice and said to divide the rest up as people see fit. Anyone with even a slight sense of their situation would have at least recognised the kindnesses shown to them in the past and made that gesture, if not because of their own sense of morals but just because they were being watched.

But, malicious gluttons don't think like rational normal people.
