I think Noky said something innocent about finding the toilet blocked and they jumped at the chance to embarrass her .. but rather than ignoring them she kinda made it worse by continuing to explain what happened

I felt uncomfortable listening to it all tbh

Just another example of their inappropriate behaviour.. their vulgarity knows no limits .
I’d also suggest that by the downstairs crew all constantly pretending that Noky had blocked the loo and embarrassing her so could be construed as bullying
