Chanelle was the fifth favourite housemate on TiBB. She was second to bottom on the least favourite poll: https://www.thisisbigbrother.com/forums/showthread.php?t=388385

Less than two weeks ago she was the third favourite housemate. She was second to bottom again least favourite: https://www.thisisbigbrother.com/forums/showthread.php?t=388227

Two days ago she had immunity and was sailing through to the final week

Before yesterday she'd only had a single nomination all series back in week 3 from Noky (what a visionary)

Has there ever been a housemate blow their chances so much and go from so well regarded to so disliked in such a short space of time?

Likewise...last friday Trish got the biggest cheers...now it sounds like she might be going up against the likes of Olivia and Jenkin...

Yes and who knows who the general public prefers?. I think it will be close.

The perception of Chanelle has changed massively both in the house and with viewers though in a very short time

Trish was always going to be vulnerable in a VTE but she's still retained (and grown) her popularity in the last week with lots of viewers and her perception within the house hasn't changed too much (if anything it's become more favourable)

As Trish gets more ‘popular’ she also gets more disliked, she’s very marmite. In such a big vote she is very vulnerable and I suspect she will fall victim as the second evictee. Its just how the cookie crumbles in Big Brother!

….hmmmm, I can’t think of another housemate atm in any other civilian series …but don’t you think also that hero to zero, type thing is because of the shorter series also…everything has felt more condensed/…everything has felt more intensed etc….I mean, I’ve loved it, it’s a huge nostalgia vibe…but I feel quite exhausted also…there have been a few slower moments….but very, very few, I think….although I can’t think of any others who have ‘lost favour’ so quickly…it’s kind of not surprising, either…

Yeah that's true, it has been pretty intense with the tasks, mid week evictions, double evictions etc. especially the last two weeks. The first two weeks seem very calm and serene now looking back

…it’s as if they took everything from our wish list and just threw it at us…‘that’ll show you to whinge and moan…’….

I’m curious about this too. Maybe Freddie from BB10 or Wolfy from BB14, but they ended up going because of how big headed they got when they heard that the public liked them.
