….I think also that also, those three in the situation they’ve been placed in…will be looking for bitching…and not purposefully manipulating their thoughts into that with what housemates say…but because that’s what they’re focusing on and looking for…it a ‘seek and you shall find’, type thing…they’re very much not stepping back and analysing and giving any thought, you know…no rationalisation-ness….

Olivia has been best friends with Yinrun, they do exercises every morning but you never see any of it because they don't want to give Yinrun airtime. She's been used throughout this series by making her favourite and then bringing her down by concentrating on the crying. Nearly every time they show her she's blubbing about one thing or the other. Big Woke Brother wants one of the gay boys to win hence why we had to endure an hour of it a couple of nights ago and now they've been split up and we await the cringe reunion because it's been written in the script already.

Re: Jenkin From what I've been reading online, it seems people are split as to whether Olivia meant harm or not. That's typical Olivia :laugh:. I can see it both ways... so I'd just say my gut says she meant well. She can't help it if she injects herself a little bit ("I'm a size 6, y'all") if she's trying to explain putting herself into other people's shoes... it's a bad habit

I think in this way, Olivia likes to keep up a front, very similar to Noky, she can't be seen to be 100% vulnerable... so she often injects humor, maybe even backhanded commentary, etc, to still keep an emotional distance from other HMs... it passes under the radar because she's also charismatic in her own right.

I don't think she meant ill of Jenkin, but that's my gut talking. She can't help but insert a wedge between her and other people, and some of it is maybe to disguise the complexities of her POV and to try to make it sound like she's not taking the game too seriously... I think she takes it very seriously and doesn't want to ever be seen to be too vulnerable. She admits to her flaws often "I come off as a bitch", and that's just her way of projecting she's obviously aware of how she makes other people feel... but being tactful is obviously something she struggles with.

That does not mean she can't also be a "meangirl" (overused) or a gossip. She has a devious side too. She highly values protecting herself (as a person) even if it means at the expense of other people's opinions... it doesn't have to mean she doesn't care about others. I think when she realizes she's hurt feelings is where she tries to come afterwards to explain her position (That seems sly). However, she sees a game and notices people acting in their own interest, so she's going to the do the same in the end.

We have been seeing Yinrun & Olivia exercise they were doing jump squats , a few days ago we saw them exercise. While Jenkin sat and watched,and he made a comment about it being too much ,as he never exercises himself.
