The bags under the lads eyes?

Why are these lads so anemic? Jordan, Henry, but even Tom and Matty. Even their pics going into the house have dark purple circles under their eyes. It can't just be fatigue from the house itself.
Is this a normal UK trait? They seem so young for the bags under the eyes.

I’ve noticed that, could it be caused by excessive alcohol consumption?

I don’t drink but it feels like most of the UK are a bunch of alcoholics.
