My main thought about Henry throughout the series has been that he's far less revolting than they made him seem in his VT.

And I don't mean he seemed revolting in his VT on account of his politics (incidentally, I don't think he actually knows much about politics), just his general demeanour and personal style. I've also had a far more positive appraisal of his attire throughout the series than that initial VT. I can't even remember what he wore in his VT, I just remember that it put me in mind of Roger Moore wearing one of his safari suits.
