…but then if you had those two hours again, you might probably have just used them similarly in being absorbed in something else that wasn’t YouTube…you’re obviously learning or listening to something you enjoy and are engaged in so it’s a great use of your time, yeah…you’re learning, you’re engaging, you’re absorbing, you’re discovering etc….don’t try and stop yourself unless that’s something you really want to do for yourself ….


No I never regret that time .. I do enjoy being like this - most of the time anyway

I do really hate falling out with people though and always regret it and that in turn brings me down ..

…some people we all fall out with, don’t we and none of us like to do that either and we also look at our own faults in that….always take enjoyment from being you because no one can do it better, Zizu…it’s the thing that you and we all do better than anyone else…being us, the people we are….you might feel that you might have fallen out with people but I doubt that you have so the worry and fretting just isn’t needed, you know…spend that time engaging YouTube stuff etc…
