Hmm, seems to be a bit tricky on Android Chrome.

Tap the thumbnail picture, then tap and hold on the picture that appears and select 'Open image in new tab'. Go to the new tab and you can copy the link there.

It will be the full-size version because I got rid of the intermediate page.
Eg. https://pictures.thisisbigbrother.com/userpics/10433/BigBrother2023-Week6-262.jpg

Add in 'normal_' for a smaller version.
