I also like Tony Bellew a very bright and likeable scouse who is an ex world champion boxer with a big personality and someone who doesn’t suffer fools (Farage) gladly !!

Well Frankie’s known to be one of THE nicest guys around so I’ll be surprised if he isn’t really popular with the others and viewers



He’s also got one MASSIVE advantage over most of the others in that he doesn’t drink or smoke and he’s starved himself for the last 35 years or so .. so no withdrawal symptoms .

Oddly enough Tony Bellew may struggle on low rations and maybe as tetchy as hell after a few days - imagine a 6’4” ex boxer who’s short tempered !!

I agree with this. I know there’s going to be a lot of Farage hate, and I don’t agree with his political views or approach. However, having seen him interviewed quite a while back, it became evident to me that Nigel the man is very different to Farage the politician. I feel able to separate the two and I find Nigel as a person really quite likeable. I wonder if he might change quite a few people’s views of him during the series.

As regards Nella, I just watched last night's show. She acted very immature and full credit to Fred. I really don't think she's heard the saying 'I'm old enough to be your dad' before. It's only a saying but Nella took it as a direct dig at her not having her father alive. She's still bitter about his death. That she's been robbed of her father.

Slight tangent but the other night in the task with the snake in the truck engine..

That snake was in ‘shed mode’ … The process is called ecdysis, which simply means molting or shedding an outer layer BUT it means it couldn’t see properly ( creamy coloured eyes) and could have felt irritable and SNAPPY !!

I do agree some celebs shouldn’t take part - those (like Grace) who contribute nothing, get their fee and then decide to leave within a few days definitely should not.

That’s a different thing, though, to what you said before, in suggesting that Nigel shouldn’t be there and is not cut out for the jungle, due to his physical difficulties, as Nigel has played a full role in camp, has successfully completed a number of trials, and has given his best, even when he has been struggling physically. He has also provided entertainment.
