I think I just figured it out. They might have told Charley and Nicky, that they are going to a secret house, and they are not allowed to tell anyone. Part of their trick week!! Thats what I gather from their conversation!

Charley & Nicky think it might be that whoever is evicted on Friday is going to the secret house. Everyone else thinks that Charley & Nicky have seen who has nominated them and Charley & Nicky are playing a trick on them to try and make the twins think that they know they nominated them.

I thought for a while that they knew but they don't know anything thank god. Either way whoever gets evicted will have a good effect when they come back in I still think Charley being evicted would be more of a shock as she is straight forward where as Nicky won't be that dramatic.
