[An offender can change their name,
from prison or elsewhere,
at minimal or no cost and commence
the process of obscuring their
identity unmonitored; The Sexual Offences
Act 2003 places the onus of reporting
a name-change on the registered sex offender.]

They get a New Passport
so their History of crimes is hidden.

Two Ladies Fighting this
have gone to the Home Secretary,
who has agreed to change the law.

They were on Mondays Ch4HD
Stephs Packed Lunch
(This show is its last week on TV)

I wonder if any of them change their name to Sexual Harassment Panda?
