I’m not surprised she went. I've found her a little bland, and she doesn’t seem to have the depth of character of most of the others. And most of the time she does appear, she has been gossiping or bitching about others.

I don’t think her choice of Sam is a betrayal of Josie, or that Josie will be annoyed. At the end of the day, she knows it’s only a game and a bit of fun, and just because you have connected with someone, it doesn’t mean you haven’t connected to others too.

I would also say that you can be friends with someone, yet still feel that someone else you like deserves to win in a game.

It’s interesting that everyone who leaves is saying they want Sam to win, so they have obviously enjoyed his character and his company. I know you’re not a fan, but he must be doing something very right to gain that response from all the camp mates. I would imagine he brings a lightness and humour to camp, which I think has helped all the others get through their experience. Perhaps Nick summed Sam up in what he said about him yesterday.

I agree with you here. They all had a moan about the burnt rice, but I saw no sign of anyone losing their rag, and Tony moaned no more than anyone else.. And Nigel didn’t say his words in an angry or aggressive way - my perception was that they were winding each other up a bit.

Have I missed something? I never heard Farage tell same tell Sam to f off but I've seen Tony lose his rag with Farage now on 2 nights running and been shot down in flames. I can see people going off Tony on Facebook saying he's showing a nasty side and Farage now the second favourite by default as Tony's odds drift from 6/4 a couple of nights ago to 7/1 now. I don't see Farage as a threat but he's turned out much more popular than what I, and the bookmakers, anticipated. It's Sam's to lose and we're so close to the final, only a fool would back against that.

I didnt watch the whole show last night as I was out just ran through it quickly this morning, Josie ducked out off the call centre trial as soon as she could, she would be a terrible winner, at least Sam has thrown himself into the trials

You didn’t answer my question though. I didn’t ask why you thought what you did. I asked what power or information you reckon Sam has over ITV, all its employees and the other camp mates to ensure they carry out his bidding!?

The other celebs mollycoddle Sam as they like him, and they recognise that, although he is childlike, he is harmless. He brings them humour and joy, and keeps the camp light-hearted. They know he doesn’t have a bad bone in his body.

I don’t see that as fishy as it’s logical, compared to the ludicrous idea that major companies and individuals are taking part in some great conspiracy to do Sam Thompson’s bidding! That has no logic.

I wonder if Marvin will be in serious trouble for failing to keep to the script, and suggesting he’d be happy to see either Sam or Tony win tonight? If Marvin disappears off the face of the earth, never to be seen again, in the next few days, I will accept that something fishy is amiss. :shrug:
