Schindler’s List. It’s probably one of the best films I’ve ever watched but it’s extremely depressing. The ending gave me a mixture of both happiness and sadness.
I was happy to see the Jews finally liberated, it was an extreme sigh of relief but I was also sad because it was just awful to see how they suffered for so long, how so many were killed and the horrifying memories that they will have to live with for the rest of their lives.

Like, literal tears? The only one I can think of is The Elephant Man. And I was about eight or nine when I saw it.
Edit - I tell a lie, Spielberg's A.I. also moved me to tears. But again, only when I was very young.
Rocky when his trainer dies.
No contest.
This kid should have won an Oscar

Was just coming in to say both of these.
I also sobbed to Marley and Me (I watched it when I was 9 months pregnant though so probably hormones). Also Seeking a Friend for the End of the World.
Who will love my children was another that broke me.
I think I'm just a crier
I cried tears of laughter at Airplane (still do)
…PS I Love You and A Star is Born/…the Gaga one especially…they’re all flooding back to me in pools of tears now…

In interstellar after the water planet when he gets the message from his now-grown-up son about him having a kid that then died in infancy... I bloody bawled in the cinema. It didn't help that my youngest was still a baby at the time.

OMG, how could I forget that.
Watched that at the movies, we had taken my little step brother.
When I say I cried, I mean full on snot and wailing.
I wasn’t allowed to forget my dramatics for years after.

When I saw Avengers Endgame in the cinema, I was next to (thankfully, with two empty seats inbetween!) a chap (a fully grown man looked in his 30's at least) who absolutely BAWLED when Tony Stark died. And I mean he had a bloody breakdown. He was wailing/sobbing/snot everywhere. I've never seen anything like it.

Seriously the saddest I've felt when watching a Film was Up. In a positive way anyway, not the dirge stuff.
