Happy New Year to my Tibb family. Its hard to find the words to pinpoint what you collectively mean to me. I adore you all.

Kazanne has very kindly rustled up this banner on my behalf, she really is so talented :love:

From Alf to Zizu and everyone in between, I wish you all a happy, healthy and prosperous 2024. I wish you all the good things you'd want for yourselves.

I've had a lovely day so far, really relaxed and just nice. Got a date with Daniel Craig this evening, watching No Time To Die. I'm also feeling a lot better, as I've been quite poorly for 3 days.

No alcohol will be consumed this evening, I'm gonna wake fresh as a daisy in the morning and do Dry January. Its not hard once you're in the habit.

To those who've lost someone special, not just this year either, you're in my heart.

And something I always say to finish up, which is that I'm only ever a pm away if anyone wants or needs a chat of course.

Just remembered, it's Redway's birthday on the 2nd. I have a lot of time for him, he's a true friend.

I wasn't gonna do individual shouts but hey ho.

To all my fellow contestants in Strictly Tibb, best of luck, may the best one win!

I'm going now, I think I've said everything, oops hang on. I've made just one resolution and that's to stop squabbling with Parm. Let's see how long I can keep that up :laugh: I do love him really. He's a cherished soul.

Well guys I didn't have a very good New Years Day. Had a bit of a meltdown over not seeing my son Josh and had a long heart to heart with Karl about a few things. I'm phoning my docs today to get referred for some more counselling.

It's like he's died, he's totally disappeared from my world. It's the not even knowing how he is that gets me.

I need to deal with this.

…’dealing with it’ is such a huge thing and probably an impossible, Kate…but getting through each day and thinking more about the here and now and how you can achieve a more peaceful mindset is something that hopefully you can get guidance with…one day there may be a change for you both in your lives, forever is something we can’t really predict or control so it’s just about trying to focus on the people in your life that are invested in your happiness and well being right now and invested in spending their now days with you…Im wishing you well always…:hug:…

So I've spoken to my surgery and self referred for counselling sessions.
