My prediction on the launch night was that Nicky would be first evictee

When I was watching the launch night I thought to myself when Nicky arrived that she was the sort of quiet, refined character that would go first similar to Mary and Bonnie.
I thought that Charley would go next.

5 and a bit weeks later they're both still in and when I think back to what I thought on the launch night I'm very surprised.

What were some of your predictions on the launch night and have they come true or surprised you?
