they are all grand caravan cessna aircraft

one of which crashed during a landing attempt

one during a takeoff attempt


one mid-air lost control crashed to the ground

is there something wrong with this type of cessna?

Depends what you call a "problem" - there's nothing fundamentally wrong with the plane but cessnas tend to be popular with amateur pilots / pilots with less flight hours which is one potential reason, the other might be the areas they're most used in (though I cant say I know if there's anything in that).

Main reasons for crashes are mechanical failure, weather and pilot error. THere doesn't seem to be any increased examples of mechanical failure so if there are statistically more crashes then it's going to be down to pilot error or weather. Pilot error risk decreases dramatically with flight hours... new pilots have a far higher risk of a bad landing. For obvious reasons.
