View Full Version : What are your thoughts on ‘grounding’ ??
People typically perform grounding outdoors by lying on the ground or submerging themself in water. You can also use grounding mats, sheets, or other equipment.
Grounding, also called earthing, is a therapeutic technique that involves doing activities that “ground” or electrically reconnect you to the earth.
This practice relies on earthing science and grounding physics to explain how electrical charges the earth can have positive effects on your body. This type of grounding therapy isn’t entirely the same as the technique that is used in mental health treatment.

Perfectly normal.
My daughter’s school use grounding sock type footwear for the kids at her special needs school
A shortage of medicines for those pupils with ADHD has been a nightmare recently.
The grounding does help.

There are other medications for ADHD beyond stereotypical Ritalin-like drugs. It’s prescribing them to children that’s more the risk than there being a shortage of these drugs (except one which was discontinued in the UK if it were ever marketed).

We're designed to sleep on the ground. I'm not giving up my memory foam mattress though.
